We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund.

How to Start a Return
If you have an account with us, use self-serve returns. Access your account & follow the instructions to return your item for a refund.
For new customers(if you do not have an account), please follow the instruction below:
Contact us at littlecreepdesigns@gmail.com to begin a return. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: banks/credit card providers may take longer to process refunds.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Custom/personalized items
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. The quickest way to get what you want is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is accepted.

If you have an international order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on these orders.
